Informations about our house

Our apartment building is located on the landward side and offers unforgettable views of Lučica Beach, across the sea to the island of Pag, and the Velebit Mountains. The environment is also important to us, which is why we place great emphasis on sustainability and have begun installing more energy-efficient air conditioning systems. We have also converted the lighting throughout the building to LED technology.

Once you've parked your car, everything can be reached on foot. The distances are as follows:

• Various restaurants within a radius of approx. 250-500m

• Nightclubs approx. 500-750m

• Tourist information center approx. 1,000m

• Various rental shops for jet skis, electric scooters, quads, and bicycles are nearby.

• Activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, and boat tours can be found at the tourist information center.
